Cancellation Policy for Appointments

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you are unable to provide this notice, we will charge you 50% of the regular cost for the missed appointment.  For promotions that have been paid (such as Groupon) the session is considered completed.  If you have an emergency or are sick, please let us know.  Work conflicts are not considered emergencies.  Our system can confirm the appointments when booked and send out email reminders 48 hours prior to the appointment.  Please consider enabling these emails when you book your first appointment.

You can cancel an appointment by calling reception from 9 AM to 5 PM.  If no one answers, please leave a message.  Outside of business hours you can notify us by emailing reception.vnhc@shaw.ca.

Therapists are paid on the basis of completed appointments.  Any cancellations within less than 24 hours and no-shows have a significant impact on their livelihood.
