Cancellation Policy for Appointments
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, we will charge you $50 for a one hour missed appointment. If you have an emergency or are sick, please let us know. Work conflicts are not considered emergencies. Our system can email appointment reminders which can be enabled when you book your appointment.
You can cancel an appointment by calling our front desk from 9 AM to 6 PM. If no one answers, please leave a message. Outside of business hours you can notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Therapists are paid on the basis of completed appointments. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours and no-shows have a significant impact on their livelihood.
