Classes are a long-standing tradition in our studio. The longest running class is in it's 17th year! We specialize in small classes with personal connection and individual instruction.

We also enjoy the challenge of providing yoga, core strength, and meditation classes to unique populations. Almost everyone can enjoy a weekly class and there are often others with similar considerations. We can tailor a private class for almost anyone!
