We are a community of individuals and families who approach health and well-being gently and with compassion. We value the inner experience and all aspects of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual development. We are interested in all time-honored practices that support natural healing and provide us the opportunity to live well.
We have several small community groups that meet several times a year in workshops and other events to refresh their skills in areas of interest. Feel free to join if you have an interest in any of the following:
