Pilates and Core Strength

Core strength is one of the most important aspects of physical health and it plays a major role in Pilates. We activate and strengthen the core through a series of mat exercises and floor stretches.  Core strength exercises are part of our Pilates classes as well as specialized classes such as Essential Core for Seniors.

Each registered class is tailored to specialized populations.

We offer private sessions for our pilates classes with Anne-Marie Stephure at $90 +gst.
