Classes are a long-standing tradition in our center. The longest running class is in it’s 17th year! We specialize in small classes with personal connection and individual instruction.

Full Season Classes

Season: Sept-June | Weekly | Pay monthly | Own-a-seat | Drop-in by invite

These classes offer continuous instruction in a movement specialty and have a deep, long lasting impact on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health over time.

6 week Registered Classes

Run throughout theyear | Full payment | Specialized populations | No drop-ins

These classes are highly educational and practical. They are developed for the health and well-being of specialized populations.

Drop-in Classes

Run weekly | No holiday classes | All promotion and intro offers welcome

These classes honor a variety of movement modalities and are open to all levels of practice. Whether first time or well experienced, everyone is encouraged to participate in their own way along side other like-minded folks.

SkyBlue Membership (unlimited drop-in)

Season: Sept-June | Weekly | Pay monthly | Limited number

Own-a-seat in two 10 month registered classes of your choice and have access to all available drop-in spots in all Full Season and Drop-in classes.
