We love teaching Yoga to everyone! We believe in a slow, inward-focused style that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Yin Yoga stretches the body by working within your limitations. There is no ‘right’ position. All the moves are restful and have a peaceful nature. This slow-paced yoga targets joints, connective tissue, and ligaments.

Hatha Yoga actively stimulates and improves the strength of the body as well as the flexibility of the mind. Working with these postures releases deep tension in the body. It can help recover the natural strength and supple nature of the body and mind.

Sensitive Yoga is a specialized type of evidence based yoga incorporating breathing, meditation and specific postures for those dealing with trauma.  Our instructor, Jennifer Magnard, is enrolled in the Trauma-Sensitive Yoga certification program offered by the Justice Resource Institute in Brookline, Massachusetts.
